The deal.

Bodyman is a companion tool for Twitch streamers. It captures public chat from channels you own, builds AI-enriched viewer profiles, and surfaces those profiles back to you during your stream and in a dashboard. Using the service means you agree to these terms.

You must own the Twitch account you sign in with. You may only enable monitoring on channels you control. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

• Don't use viewer profiles to harass, dox, or stalk anyone.
• Don't scrape or bulk-export viewer data for any purpose other than your own community management.
• Don't resell, republish, or share enriched profiles outside your own use.
• Don't attempt to access another streamer's data, or the underlying systems, beyond your own account.
• Don't use the service to violate Twitch's own terms or community guidelines.

For viewers in your channel, you are the data controller. Bodyman is a processor acting on your behalf. That means you are responsible for telling your community that their public chat is being captured, and for handling deletion or correction requests that come to you directly. The /delete-me flow handles viewer-initiated requests automatically.

Profile fields are produced by a large language model (currently Claude). Output can be wrong, outdated, or biased. Treat it as a draft, not a fact. Manual edits always take precedence over AI values. You are responsible for any decision you make based on a profile.

Bodyman is in dogfood and runs on hobby-tier infrastructure. We do not promise uptime, data durability beyond reasonable best effort, or that any specific feature will keep working. Back up anything you care about.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bodyman and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, which during dogfood is zero.

You can stop using Bodyman at any time. Sign out, disable monitoring, and request deletion from /delete-me. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the integrity of the service, or expose us to legal risk.

We may update these terms when the product changes materially. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. For significant changes, we'll surface a notice on the dashboard.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any dispute will be resolved by the Copenhagen courts. Bodyman is currently operated as a personal project with no corporate entity. When Bodyman is incorporated, these terms will be updated to reflect the operating entity and its jurisdiction.
